Account and login
Sign in with the email and password you used to register. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset code. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Joining a school
Find your school in the app and send a join request. Your school's administrator approves the request and places you in the right class. If you cannot find your school, ask the school to contact us.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion from us. Deletion is permanent.
